Rick Battis is a talented HR Professional with a bachelor’s degree in communication and over 30 years of leadership experience in most areas of human resources in a large variety of industries.  During the past 10 years, Rick acquired his Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) certification and has successfully worked with many Native American enterprises and governments.  He is currently a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner with Soaring Bird Solutions.

Rick brings an array of  skills to the table; including firm ethics, uncontested dependability, positive professionalism, and servant leadership. He is experienced at investigations, interventions, employee and management  coaching’s and dealing with difficult employee discussions.  Rick is talented at creating policies, procedures, succession plans, handbooks, job descriptions and forms.  Rick has a ability for crafting and delivering professional trainings and presentations that impact the audience in a positive way.
